Website Management: Oversee and maintain all aspects of the organization’s website(s), including content updates, design, and functionality improvements using Drupal 9, 10, and 11, and Ghost CMS. • Drupal Development: Design, develop, and customize Drupal websites, including building modules, themes, and workflow systems that meet the needs of the organization.

Ghost CMS Management: Manage and update the organization’s Ghost CMS instance, ensuring it is secure, up-to-date, and functions as required for content publishing. • CMS Application Management: Handle and update other web-related CMS applications used within the university, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and functioning as required.

Workflow Design: Leverage Drupal’s tools and modules to design and implement workflow processes for various departments within the organization (e.g., content publishing, approvals, and task management). • Content Management: Update and manage website content through Drupal, Ghost CMS, and other web-related CMS applications used by the university.

Backend Management: Use Linux commands for backend modifications, server management, and website troubleshooting. Ability to work with Linux-based hosting environments to ensure website functionality.

Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website performance, ensuring minimal downtime. • Web Analytics and Reporting: Monitor web traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics, generating reports and making recommendations for improvements.

Security Management: Ensure websites are secure by performing regular security audits and implementing best practices for security within the Drupal environment, Ghost CMS, and other CMS applications.

Performance Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and overall performance. • Collaboration: Work with marketing, communication, and IT teams to implement online campaigns, workflows, and achieve organizational goals.

Compliance and Accessibility: Ensure websites comply with legal regulations, including data protection and accessibility standards.

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Certifications: Certification in any web-related skill (e.g., Drupal, Web Development, Front-End/Back-End Development, or Web Design) is highly desirable.

Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in web development, website management, or related roles. Drupal Expertise: Strong experience working with Drupal 9, 10, and 11, including content management, theme development, module customization, and the implementation of Drupal workflows.

Ghost CMS Expertise: Proficiency in managing and updating Ghost CMS, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

CMS Application Management: Experience handling and updating multiple web-related CMS applications, including but not limited to Drupal, Ghost CMS, WordPress, or other enterprise content management systems used within the organization.

Workflow Design: Experience designing and implementing workflow processes within Drupal, leveraging the appropriate modules (e.g., Workflow, Content Moderation) to automate and streamline organizational tasks.

Linux Command Proficiency: Familiarity with Linux commands for backend server management, file permissions, configurations, and troubleshooting of web-related issues.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Drupal-specific tools. Knowledge of Drupal modules such as Views, Panels, and Entity Reference is highly desirable.

SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices.

Analytics Tools: Experience with Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and other web tracking systems. • Security Practices: Knowledge of website security, SSL certificates, and vulnerability assessment.

Creative Skills: Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly web interfaces in Drupal, Ghost CMS, and other CMS platforms.
