AUST HOLDS 8th COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY

The African University of Science and Technology (AUST) will on Monday, July 1, 2019 hold her 8th commencement (Graduation) ceremony.

According to Obioha Sampson Atulomah, Media/PR Officer, AUST, a total of 93 students will be graduating at the commencement which takes place at the Mandela square, AUST, Abuja.

 

A breakdown of the graduating students he stated, shows that 82 students will be graduating from the Masters degree programs, 7 from the Doctoral and the remaining 4 students will be awarded with the university’s post graduate diploma.

 

To mark the ceremony, a football match between the graduating students and the staff will take place on Friday, June 28, 2019 at the AUST football pitch followed by a pre-convocation lecture slated for Saturday, June 29, 2019 at the ultra-modern AfDB laboratory auditorium, AUST, Abuja.

 

Professor James Momoh, Chairman/CEO, Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) and Dr. Acha Leke, Senior Partner/Chairman ,Mckinsey Africa will be presenting the pre-convocation and commencement lectures respectively.
